OnePlus Watch 4 Spotted on Certification Platform, Launch Expected Soon

The OnePlus Watch 4 has appeared on a certification database, indicating that the company may be preparing to launch its next-generation smartwatch in the near future. The device was reportedly listed on the EMVCo certification platform, a development that often precedes an official announcement.

According to the listing, the smartwatch carries the model number XL905. While the certification does not reveal full specifications, previous leaks suggest that the OnePlus Watch 4 could come with several upgrades over its predecessor.

The device is expected to feature a 1.5-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 466×466 pixels. It may be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chipset and run on Wear OS 5. The smartwatch is also likely to include a 646mAh battery, which could offer improved battery life compared to earlier models. In terms of durability, the device is expected to carry an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance and may be available in a 47mm dial size.

The OnePlus Watch 4 is expected to succeed the OnePlus Watch 3, which was launched globally in 2025. The earlier model offered a premium design, AMOLED display, and strong battery performance, and the upcoming version is likely to build on those features with enhanced hardware and software.

Although OnePlus has not officially confirmed the launch date, the appearance of the device on a certification platform suggests that the announcement could take place soon. As with all pre-launch leaks, the final specifications and features may differ at the time of release.
